Luke 18:1-8 The Parable of the Widow and the Judge
Summary- There was a judge who didn't care about anybody. There was a widow that always came to him and made sure that she would get fair treatment in court. The judge was bothered. He said that even though he didn't like people, he would help the widow because she kept on bothering him.

Galatians

I found some verses while I was reading in Galatians.(CEV)

5:1
Christ has set us free! This means we are really free. Now hold on to your freedom and don't ever become slaves of the law again.

Learned-Jesus saved us from sin. Free from death.

6:1-2
My friends, you are spiritual. So if someone is trapped in sin, you should gently lead that person back to the right path. But watch out, and don't be tempted yourself. You obey the law of Christ when you offer each other a helping hand.

Learned-Spread the Gospel. Help others out of the trap of sin.

Verses about God's forgiveness

I found some verses while I was reading. They are both about God's forgiveness.

1 John 1:5-10
Jesus told us that God  is light and doesn't have any darkness in him. Now we are telling you. If we say that we share in life with God, and keep on living in the dark, we are lying and not living by the truth. But if we live in the light, as God does, we share in life with each other. And the blood of his Son Jesus washes all our sins away. If we say that we have not sinned, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth isn't in our hearts. But if we confess our sins to God, he can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away. If we say we have not sinned, we make God a liar and his message isn't in our hearts.

Romans 10:5-13
Moses said that a person could become acceptable to God by obeying the Law. He did this when he wrote,"If you want to live, you must do all that the Lord commands." But people whose faith makes them acceptable to God will never ask," Who will go to heaven to bring Christ down?" Neither will they ask," Who will go down to the world of the dead to raise him to life?" All who are acceptable because of  their faith simply say,"The message is as near as your mouth or your heart." And this is the same message we preach about faith. So you will be saved, if you honestly say," Jesus is Lord", and if you believe with all your heart that God raised him from death. God will accept you and save you  if you truly believe this and tell it to others. The Scriptures say that no one who has faith will be disappointed, no matter if that person is Jew or Gentile. There is only one Lord, and he is generous to everyone who asks for his help. All who call out to the Lord will be saved.
